Excellent selection of furniture, recently purchased a new sofa. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, especially Debi who helped with our selection. Very competitive prices too for really high quality furniture. Will be returning soon to purchase new carpets as there is also an excellent selection of flooring there.

Can't fault this store. The staff are welcoming and helpful without being over bearing. The customer service is exceptional. We ordered a beautiful table which was delivered earlier than expected, unfortunately there was a small problem after delivery but this was dealt with very quickly and to an extremely high standard.... read full comment

I'm afraid I would be unable to recommend you at this moment. My order FW180549 (Hudson swivel recliner) was due to be delivered between the 11th and 14th April. No only it didn't arrive but we have no idea of when it will as no one from your customer services has been kind enough to get in touch and give us an alternative... read full comment
