Excellent selection of furniture, recently purchased a new sofa. Staff couldn?t have been more helpful, especially Debi who helped with our selection. Very competitive prices too for really high quality furniture. Will be returning soon to purchase new carpets as there is also an excellent selection of flooring there.

Can't fault this store. The staff are welcoming and helpful without being over bearing. The customer service is exceptional. We ordered a beautiful table which was delivered earlier than expected, unfortunately there was a small problem after delivery but this was dealt with very quickly and to an extremely high standard. We wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.

I'm afraid I would be unable to recommend you at this moment. My order FW180549 (Hudson swivel recliner) was due to be delivered between the 11th and 14th April. No only it didn't arrive but we have no idea of when it will as no one from your customer services has been kind enough to get in touch and give us an alternative delivery date.

I haven't been in for a while and what an improvement with all the lovely new furniture choices and carpets. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it. Will be back soon for a new bed. Thanks again.

I had a fantastic experience with Furniture World. I spent ages trying to find good quality new furniture for my home which were good quality but not set at eye-watering prices. I tried a couple of well-known national retail stores and found nothing in there which was both attractive and comfortable. I tried some furniture stores and their prices were coming into the several thousands.
I then tried Furniture World Newquay and was delighted with the quality, aesthetic and price throughout the store. The staff were also brilliant and very friendly, supportive and patient. It's also been nice supporting a more regional, rather than national, firm. Everything has been smooth.
My three piece suite has now arrived and the quality is everything I wanted! I will be going back to the store for other furniture and I have recommended it to others as well.

Furniture World Newquay - looking for a sofa - has a wide range spaciously arranged. I ordered a sofa and the customer service is excellent. Claire showed me the range I was interested in and all of the many fabrics available. I didn?t feel rushed, I could take my time knowing she would answer questions to help with my decision. Paperwork simple, Claire went through the procedure re delivery etc.
Also, when I phoned the next day with a query Debbie was excellent too in sorting it out. I felt relaxed at Newquay and the experience was great from the start. Thank you

A well stocked store on the outskirts of Newquay. They do have disabled access around the right side from the front door. It requires an abled bodied person to pop in to make staff aware or a quick call to the store.I found it impossible to access all of the store in my long power chair, but staff were very helpful. I'm certain they would have moved items for me if I'm not had my PA available.A side note on customer service. We broke down. After making the management aware of our loitering she kindly popped out offering as shelter in-store, along with a hot drink & access to the bathroom, if required.Much appreciated.
