“Excellent local shop with a post office counter inside. Fresh baked goods, pasties, a wide range of fruit, flowers and all the usual groceries and household items you might need are to be found in this culinary treasure trove! They also sell lots of items that you might not expect to find in a rural village store - oat milk, gluten free crackers, veggie burgers etc. They have a wide of fresh and preserved meats, little quiches and pots of fresh crab. If you can’t find something you want to eat in this shop then there’s no hope for you! Really friendly staff and a loyalty scheme that makes popping in for a loaf or milk worthwhile. Can’t recommend enough.”

Come rain or shine the SPAR Mullion is open every day from 7am - 9pm. There’s plenty of choice from papers and magazines, fresh fruit and vegetables to cakes and delicious pasties.
There’s a few parking spaces outside of the shop, but if they’re full there are 2 car parks within walking distance ?”
“Just visited this spa and the two staff members could not do enough to help me! They called them selfs the “2 J’S” I think it was for Julie and Jody! (Sorry if that is not correct) if I was the manger I would consider doubling both there pay as a minimum! Incredible service!!!!!”

“I want to thank a Tesco delivery driver for his help. My car stopped on a fast, busy road, several cars passed but no-one stopped, until a Tesco delivery van from the Helston store pulled up in front of me. The driver asked me if I was alright and if there was anything he could do. I didn't get his name, but a huge thank you to him for taking the time from his busy work schedule to offer assistance.”
