Delivered to Bodmin depot, no tracking number text or email. Had a letter through saying it was returned. Person on the phone pretended they couldn’t hear me so they didn’t have to deal with it. Turns out it was dumped at a post office miles from me!!!!

absolute shamble ,aparently they try to deliver my parcel 3 times ,only left one leaflet with zero details on it . i guess i should guess where the parcrl is (im wondering what is the point of taking the mobile phone number)!!!! Sent a parcel on 8 December to Ireland and it was sent back from Ireland to me I payed £35 Irish customs said post office write it wrong so don't send with thes cowboys again
