Delivered to Bodmin depot, no tracking number text or email. Had a letter through saying it was returned. Person on the phone pretended they couldn?t hear me so they didn?t have to deal with it. Turns out it was dumped at a post office miles from me!!!!

absolute shamble ,aparently they try to deliver my parcel 3 times ,only left one leaflet with zero details on it . i guess i should guess where the parcrl is (im wondering what is the point of taking the mobile phone number)!!!! I WOULD SUGEST TO YOU ALL TO COMPLAINT DO THE WATCHDOG AND TRADE AND STANDARDS, LET SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN ALL TOGETHER)this company is a joke ,the service they provide is below the worst standards ! zero means of talking to real person ,and you have to serch around the county where your parcel is!!!!! ONE STAR IS MUCH TO MUCH !

Sent a parcel on 8 December to Ireland and it was sent back from Ireland to me I payed £35 Irish customs said post office write it wrong so don't send with thes cowboys again

Comes to deliver parcel soft tap on door instead of pressing door bell so didn't know he was there wrote card while waiting couldn't be bothered to go to neighbour comes back next day does the same again parcel force worst delivery company its the same every time they have a parcel for me in future when I buy something if they are delivering I'll cancel the order

Appalling attitudes. Received email from Parcelforce said 'unsuccessful delivery' but no card was left so dont know if they even tried. I went on line arranged redelivery for Monday but they decided to deliver on Saturday when I wasnt there which means I was unable to report damage to the sender within the specified time. Parcel force saying that the company has to request return????? Why would they do that- its not in their interests and they did nothing wrong - it is Parcel force who got it wrong. But it is impossible to speak to anyone who will take any responsibility. The number for customers services has no complaints option so I now choose 'open a business account' they answer that but then want to call you back. Why do people assume that customers have nothing else to do but wait fort them? Where has the integrity gone. I really cant believe how businesses are run or should I say mis-run.

Very poor. Spent all day waiting for a collection only to find out that the order had been lost in their system. To make matters worse the customer service was very indifferent and fobbed me off to sort out the matter myself on their website.

0 STARS !!! I've been waiting for 7 days to deliver a parcel to a customer of mine! 7 days and its still not delivered, MANAGERS DO YOUR BLODDY JOBS!! that why you are getting paid! , 3 times out for delivery and at end of day return to depot, A TOTAL JOKE !, after 1 hour waiting in the phone que they hang the phone up when I told them the parcel shouldve been delivered 1 week ago, WHAT A JOKE OF COMPANY!

WORST IN THE UK CAN NOT EVEN FIND MY HOUSE IN A TOWN.....PARCEL SEND BACK TO DEPOT.....AS MY TO PICK FROM THERE WHICH IS A 51MIN DRIVE AWAY.....DO THE DRIVERS NOT HAVE GOOGLE MAP OR JUST LAZY TO GO HOME ON A FRIDAY AT 3.14PM....
