“My parcel did not arrive despite tracking saying it was out for delivery. I got an update the next morning saying sorry it's late and a new delivery date was given of 1 - 3 days. I rang the depot to check that they actually had received my parcel. The lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. She said she would sort it and she did exactly that. The parcel arrived just after 6pm that day. I just left off one star for this review as earlier notification that the parcel wouldn't arrive on the initial delivery date would have been helpful.”
