Visited Asda cafe today. Awful. Felt sorry for the ONE lady serving. Breakfast served on paper plates! This was the case over a month ago as dishwasher had broken. Still not fixed? This store used to be good to visit. Come on Management..stop putting your poor stressed staff on the front line to put up with the complaints!!

The person on the customer service/, lottery desk is appalling today. Went in to cash my lottery £2.90 the cashier printed of the winning slip and attached it to my winning ticket they then shut the draw without giving me my winnings. The cashier then called for assistance from what I assumed was a manager.while waiting... read full comment
