“The staff here are very friendly and helpful, always seem up for a chat and do what they can to make customer's experience better. One of the only places in Bodmin that is open until 10pm on a Sunday which is extremely handy. The car park is an awkward shape but it is not double yellows on the road so it is not a real problem.”

He is a very kind and lovely gentleman that always has a smile and is very helpful and understanding with any issues there may be, and aims to get it sorted as quick as possible, if not instantly and without any hesitation.
The past couple weeks I have had a few issues with my orders - as in, missing items, wrong items and even out of date items. I know mistakes happen and I understand these things may occur now and then, but every issue had been resolved straight away by Martin and always with apologies and kindness from him.
He goes above and beyond for the customers and is an absolute credit to the store and should get some recognition for this. He is a true gentleman.
So please give a huge THANK YOU to Martin.”

“Mccolls is slightly closer to my house so gets my custom more often but every time I have been to this spar, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The lady in there last week helped me out with a large box and i was so very grateful, the larger supermarkets were not helpful at all!!! Thanks a lot spar! If I could remember the name of the lady I would i would write to spar and tell them that thanks to her in particular, i will make an effort to use spar more often.”

“Arrived early on a Saturday. Store was clean and well stocked. Found BBQ charcoal at a good price and staff went out of their way to help me find the fire lighters. Friendly service at the checkout and a cheery “goodbye!” from staff at the door. Delightful visit.”
