He is a very kind and lovely gentleman that always has a smile and is very helpful and understanding with any issues there may be, and aims to get it sorted as quick as possible, if not instantly and without any hesitation.

The past couple weeks I have had a few issues with my orders - as in, missing items, wrong items and even out of date items. I know mistakes happen and I understand these things may occur now and then, but every issue had been resolved straight away by Martin and always with apologies and kindness from him.

He goes above and beyond for the customers and is an absolute credit to the store and should get some recognition for this. He is a true gentleman.

So please give a huge THANK YOU to Martin.”

“Ever since I have shopped there I have never had a problem.The first time I went there the girl at the till my husband and I were delighted with her and a man that is on the tills was nice.That was Jane and a chap called Paul.The only thing I could complain about is there should be more help for the ones that are on the tills to be able which they should be able to spend a penny when they need to,after being on the tills so long.Please do something about this.Since nothing seems to happen about this.Arial manager please take note.Teresa Philp.”

“Mccolls is slightly closer to my house so gets my custom more often but every time I have been to this spar, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The lady in there last week helped me out with a large box and i was so very grateful, the larger supermarkets were not helpful at all!!! Thanks a lot spar! If I could remember the name of the lady I would i would write to spar and tell them that thanks to her in particular, i will make an effort to use spar more often.”

“Has the usual range of Lidl products. However, the reduced section is concerning, as the items are never priced up with the orange reduced sticker. This store also has a smaller car park than most.”

“Had a lovely stop with the family on our way home from holiday. Amazing value. The staff were lovely and engaged really nicely with the children. Everything on the menu was available even after 5pm. My youngest loves scrambled egg and doesn’t eat much else and they gave her extra which we were so grateful for as it fills her up. The salads were fresh. Large fish was served nice and hot. We sat by the large window and the sun was shining through from the carpark. There are lots of trees outside which makes it a nice setting. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you.”

“Arrived early on a Saturday. Store was clean and well stocked. Found BBQ charcoal at a good price and staff went out of their way to help me find the fire lighters. Friendly service at the checkout and a cheery “goodbye!” from staff at the door. Delightful visit.”
