I had been passed around by customer service, financial services, the resolution team, hung up on, never contacted when they said they would, they lied saying they had given me a refund and spent... the list goes on.I walked in to the winsford branch yesterday and Jordan did the work of all these useless people and sorted everything out within about 3 minutes! He even told me they had the product I wanted, in store. This has been driving me mad for over 2 weeks and I can't tell you how happy I am to have this resolved. It's so much better to talk to someone in person and I am very grateful to Jordan for getting rid of my stress this Christmas.”
