“Went to Northwich Matalan for the first time since moving to the area and had a great customer experience. Had issues with scanning the rewards card at the till but the young man on the front was very helpful and set up a physical card for me. Then when I realised I'd ended up without a third item in the 3 for 2 a lovely woman helped to retrieve said item and noticing my baby was upset helped me get to the baby room to feed. Thank you for such a great customer service your kindness made the day so much easier. Apologies for not remembering names. Experience was the morning of 26/2/2025.”
