I went into to winsford Cheshire Asda today at 7.30pm to buy some goods.
Asda has completely lost touch with its customers. Every time I go in, there are no staffed tills open — just rows of self-service checkouts.

Waste of time ordering on Uber Eats. Certain items are ordered to compliment one another...so if one, two or - in the case of my latest order - three items are unavailable, it makes some available items obsolete. Not informed or offered an alternative - just told not in stock and refunded...but left with other, unwanted... read full comment
