People complaining ? I don't understand. It's basic YES but it was clean and tidy. It was perfect for a night's stay as I had a early start the next morning. Shower, television and bed. Very friendly welcome from the staff. Special shout out to Ashleigh (I think that’s their name), who helped me with my parking issue. Great location, close to town. Beds were really comfortable, quiet rooms, bath and shower were great, everything clean and as it should be. Thank you stayed 13/09/25

The only positive was the central location, but as a young female I felt very unsafe—the door lock didn’t feel secure, and I barely slept. The heater and shower hardly worked, there were no basic amenities like a fridge or safe, no bar or restaurant, the view was poor, and the room was noisy all night.
