“Great rooms as always. Shame that the restaurant is getting refurbished as this is always convenient. They have moved the coffee machine to the lobby with free refills for the time being.”
“The room was clean and well furnished with tea and coffee making facilities, large screen TV and shower room. The hotel is set well back from the main road and I didn't hear any traffic noise. There are several eateries nearby. My only problem was that the room heater was noisy and had a display that lit up when it kicked in. As it was located by the foot of the bed, it kept me awake all night. Of course, this could be an issue solely for the room I was in, and not something affecting every room.”
“Generally a decent hotel in a great location for work visits at Birchwood Park. Rooms were decent but starting to look a bit tired. Most annoying problem was the lorry that parked up at around 5am every morning waking us up.”

“Very warm welcome upon arrival to the hotel by the staff the room was lovely and comfortable bed sunk right into it. The breakfast was absolutely smashing couldn’t fault it and was always asked if needed anything else such as tea/ coffee or juice. Thank you from Ben ”

Rooms clean not much noise that's i could hear and my room was next to the main road so no issues there”
“Stayed over creamfields with some friends and everyone was so nice and helpful, lovely atmosphere from the staff they genuinely seem like they want to help vs it being a chore. Everything was pristine in the room and The bed was so comfy I swear i would have stolen it if it could fit in my bag ?Special thank you to Holly for helping me figure out how to hold a key the right way around after a very long night ?”
“People complaining ? I don't understand. It's basic YES but it was clean and tidy. It was perfect for a night's stay as I had a early start the next morning. Shower, television and bed. Perfect for such a cheap night. I have no complaints at all. I did book the wrong date by accident but the lovely lady (with the lovely lashes) sorted us out in no time.
Lovely hotel and if I have to come again I will definitely book here. Thankyou x”
“I have stayed at several of the Coast & Country Hotels in Devon & Cornwall and South Coast, whilst being away on business and I must say I have been impressed. There location are amazing, staff extremely friendly and helpful, breakfasts plentiful and beds comfortable and good value for money.I have stayed at Burlington in Eastbourne, Torbay in Torquay, St Ives in St Ives and the Beresford in Newquay.”

“This Premier Inn is understaffed the employee that is responsible for welcoming and signing in visitors is also in charge of running the bar, waitressing on tables and making sure the kitchen is working properly.
We did not get our towels until we went down to ask for them, and the bathroom had no toilet paper in.”
