I was followed around the shop like I was some criminal. Dispite paying and it being shouted over the radio (yes I heard that too) I'd paid they still had 2 members of staff ready to jump on me. Horrible experience and just uncalled for I get it people shoplift but it's not everyone Far to over the top.

Disgraceful with a no refund policy even for tourists like us. The lady told me that this was the case in many stores nowadays - however this was the case for us! Kept calling me ‘lovey’ and never listened or even looked at my case!
