Bicycle Stores in Warrington, Cheshire

“I wrote a review about three months ago... and I don't know why it's not showing up anywhere. So I decided to write another one because I was recently back at Decathlon with my bike and needed help from the bike repair shop (I bought a really unlucky bike- for the first time in my life ... and now I'm a regular customer of your shop - I bought my bike from another shop - unfortunately!). I'd like to give a big shout-out to the service staff. Especially Mr. Ian. I've been using your shop for years and have never been disappointed. I can repair or replace a lot of things myself... but when serious problems arise, Ian is irreplaceable. Always polite, thorough, professional, and truly knows his stuff, knows what he's doing, and always has great and helpful advice. His younger assistant (unfortunately, I don't remember his name) was also very friendly and eager to help. Last time, just before the shop closed, he didn't really have to, but in a hurry, he quickly fixed the problem that I had been struggling with for half a day. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have been able to get to work in the morning). Fantastic service. It's becoming increasingly difficult to find competent people willing to help at the last minute. Such employees are irreplaceable. Thank you so much.

“Had to return trainers as my orthotics didn't fit. I had lost receipt so wasn't holding out much hope in being able to do so.
Aidan was very helpful and eventually sorted it for me. I then asked for assistance purchasing some different trainers with removable insoles. Again Aidan was helpful,very patient and I went away with trainers to accommodate my difficult feet.”

“Parked at the Warrington store to buy stuff for a walking holiday. Had a good look around and spent several hundreds of pounds. Unfortunately because we were on site (in the shop) for 2 1/4 hours and the max parking is 2 hours I have just received a £100 'fine', which if I pay in the next couple of days (as it has taken 11 days to get to me), then it's only £60! Will give it a miss next time?
update. called in to store with fine letter. They have sent it off immediately and say it will be cancelled. Good to know the store has the power to override the fines.”

Visited Friday evening to purchase some winter boots ....probably the most helpful sportsdirect store i have ever been into staff were excellent,friendly and attentive nothing was too much trouble .
Next time I need sports direct I will travel to use this one .
