“We came to Booths for afternoon tea today, it was delicious. The lady who served us was very very helpfully and chatty. We mentioned it was my friends birthday, I'm so sorry that I did not get her name, however, she was blonde and mentioned her 60th birthday in Australia. Thank you so much for making Sue feel special , we cannot thank you enough. X”
“Visiting the store today to break our journey my elderly Nana misplaced her handbag. She was very panicked about the thought of having lost it and everything inside. We asked the staff if they had seen it or if it had been handed in and this lovely member of the store staff, Dawn I believe her name was, quickly ran around asking not only her colleagues but also staff members from other venders if they had had the bag handed in. She found the handbag and incredibly kindly gifted my Nana some flowers for all the stress she had experienced; she was delighted and so relieved. Thank you to Dawn you have made our day and your kindness won’t be forgotten !”
