“Boiths is a model about how all supermarkets should be. The staff are customer focused and its always a pleasant experience. However prices are on the higher side. Conversely the majority of the food and drinks are carrfully selected for taste and quality and you can buy locally low mileage produce alongside a wide range of regular items and not so regular.

“Great store which I visit regularly, ample parking. Staff always working hard keeping the store organised and cleans plus they always seem in good spirits and I like how they all get on and talk to each other socially on headsets. Makes for a nice atmosphere.”

“This is my favourite supermarket by far! Lovely fresh produce, excellent quality. Lots of gift ideas, delicious food and drink, condiments and speciality goods. Great range of toiletries and household items. Fantastic staff, so friendly and helpful, really great place, plus 2 hours free parking”

“Where do I begin. What was once a warm friendly place where I could get everything I needed has become less friendly and on occasions I can enter and leave without seeing a member of staff. What has happened to customer service.”

“Visiting the store today to break our journey my elderly Nana misplaced her handbag. She was very panicked about the thought of having lost it and everything inside. We asked the staff if they had seen it or if it had been handed in and this lovely member of the store staff, Dawn I believe her name was, quickly ran around asking not only her colleagues but also staff members from other venders if they had had the bag handed in. She found the handbag and incredibly kindly gifted my Nana some flowers for all the stress she had experienced; she was delighted and so relieved. Thank you to Dawn you have made our day and your kindness won’t be forgotten !”
