“Having received a call late on Friday afternoon from my daughter's nursery informing me she had a sore ear and that fluid was visibly draining from it, I contacted our GP but was unable to get an appointment. I was very concerned about my daughter being in discomfort, especially over the course of a weekend. We called into Ellesmere Pharmacy as the shop was about to close, but the pharamacist (Becca) very kindly took all the time needed to assess my daughter. Despite my daughter clearly being in pain, the pharamacist managed to look in her ears and could see she had a nasty infection. A prescription was provided there and then, and we were informed what to do if my daughter's symptoms didn't improve. We received excellent care and service from all of the very friendly, and we would highly recommend this pharmacy.”

“Such a great doctors, they use an online booking system in which you can book appointments in the near future just by using the NHS app. This means that on the day appointments for more urgent things are easy to get by calling at 8am and being spoken to pretty much immediately! All the doctors and nurses I've been the patient of have been amazing! Special mention to Dr Rowlinson and Nurse Laura Williams who have always made me feel at ease and cared for! All reception staff are also lovely, I've always felt comfortable speaking to them!”

Compared to the other chemist down the road, where time stands still and you leave with your medication and mild existential dread, Wells is a revelation. Five stars, no notes, and a well deserved clap for being a pharmacy that functions as it should.”

“Huge super centre. I have been here multiple times amd come here every week for shopping. There is so much variety in every section. I love the clothing section. It has a good variety with regular fresh stocks. Stocks are not always replenished but this happens very rarely. The latest star addition was the halal section in meats. Small but its there atleast.”
