I went in with my prescription having tried to source my medication (which was out of stock) with my local pharmacies. “I've recently moved to this pharmacy for my repeat prescriptions, due to problems with my previous one. Can't fault the service from Boots. Always have my items ready on time and gave me great advice on why a certain prescription couldn't be filled, whereas my previously pharmacy just said no. It was sorted swiftly and the team are always so lovely and willing to help. Yes, it can take a while to get through on the phone and yes, sometimes you may have to queue for a little while, but this is a nationwide issue in most places. I have no problems with this pharmacy and very happy I swapped to them!”

“The store was well laid out and plenty of choice.However my colleague wanted to see an optician for advice. They were triaged and charged £25, after seeing the practitioner they were told that they couldn't really be helped due to having a Welsh postcode and to see someone when they got home. You'd have thought as my colleagues accent gives them away as being from South Wales that the person on the till would have asked where they were registered with the NHS before hand. My colleague understandably felt a bit done!”

“Predominantly a chemist/pharmacy as opposed to a Boots. Excellent staff. Lucky one of the pharmacists pointed out a dosage to me and it transpired the Dr had over prescribed for my newborn. Wouldn't have been picked up otherwise. Selection of Boots products is limited otherwise as its a very small store but still good.”

I can't take any anti-inflammatory meds like turmeric without it as I have IBS. The store opposite ran out of probiotics last night ?, and it will be tonight before I can buy any more. 1 unnecessary day of illness thrrefore grrr.”

“As pharmacies go this one is ok, its decent size too so your ot cramped in also keeps to covid rules. There always seems to be plenty of staff but still takes them an hour to find your prescription but I think that happens at all pharmacies.”

“This is a great little Chemist. I’ve been with Boots for years but then through my mum found this little gem …. Always very professional and always very helpful especially if my Doctors have got some things wrong….. The pharmacist are always happy to help and mostly they always have the items that you need and if not they are quick to get them ordered in.I must say they have a great Lady who is the Pharmacist assistant called Sam. Always happy to help. she knows everyone’s name. Normally there with your prescriptions ready. She is a fantastic asset to the place. Every time I come in she’s making sure that you are being dealt with very quick and efficiently I recommend this pharmacy Highly *****”

“After being up all night at A&E with my son, and having been let down by Nuffield who booked me for a private appointment and then turned me away. The young gentleman at Westminster Park made my week. He listened to my issue and was able to make an emergency prescription for my son after confirming the medication needed on my NHS health record. Thank you for being the only person to proactively suggest a solution for me. It's hard when you are worried about your children and traveling away from home. Thank goodness there are smart , caring people like this working in pharmacies. Thank you!”
