As soon as you walk through the door you are made to feel welcome. Every single member of staff couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
The room was spacious, bed comfy, and shower hot. The food in the restaurant was to die for, everything was freshly cooked, piping hot and tasted amazing. Safe parking... read full comment

I did enjoy my stay and will book again! Beautiful refurb in main area, done in good taste. Retro, modern.
Upstairs, the rooms need it now, please. Heated towel rail not working. Carpets need a deep clean, skirtings etc. Bathroom in need of refurbishment. Bar food in the evening needs improvement.
Tried to change the date of booking 8 days before the booking date as a family member couldn’t go. Most unhelpful miserable staff I’ve come across. Pedro. Was a Christmas gift. Management decided we couldn’t change the date purely down to their own decision. Absolute jobs worths. Not hard to just change a booking... read full comment
