Totally ignored by the assistant in the showroom this morning. No other customers. She even had time to make a call rather than engage with a customer. I am going elsewhere.

I went last Saturday for a boiler Pcb, there was a lovely polite man who did explain everything i need it and advised me that i can return the Pcb if i don't open the package. This is a fantastic store... Neil and the team always go the extra mile... 1 stop shop when working in Chester.
This store holds a vast amount of stock and I've never not found what I needed here..
