“Dropped into the Chester store after some sage green grout. After speaking to the staff I found out that they didn’t have any in stock and neither did the Wrexham store. Tom offered and went to the Birkenhead store to get some for me and just like that my bathroom project was back on track! Customer service on another level! This wasn’t my first time at the Chester store - I’ve always had a great experience due to the fantastic customer service, brilliant display of stock and clean and welcoming store”

“Great shop and staff were so helpful. So many great items will have to pop in again soon. Recommend checking the Lakeland website before visiting if planning a visit over a holiday period.

Tried to pop in straight from our train to buy something they had in stock however unfortunately their opening hours on Google weren't updated over the festive period so they closed at 5pm not 5.30pm and we just missed it”

This store holds a vast amount of stock and I've never not found what I needed here..

Huge amount of bathrooms and wall boards on display... The showroom looks bright and fresh and the store is always clean, tidy and fully stocked.

Love the clearance section... Great way to stock up cheap.

I've used the free delivery service many times, always on time and never had a problem.

“If you need a home stuff at reasonable prices then look no further. The staff are friendly and the selection is wide ranging. Parking is no problem and there is a lift to get upstairs. The cafe is well attended and the prices are very reasonable.”
