“Chester store.. Heather is wonderful!My aunt and I took my grandparents shopping for new chairs for their apartment they are moving to shortly. We just went for a browse and we met Heather. As soon as I heard the familiar Scottish accent I knew we were in the right place - she got on very well with my grandparents who are also Scottish. We spent in excess of 2 hours with Heather who was incredibly helpful and patient.. and also absolutely hilarious. Ended up buying 2 top of the range reclining chairs finished in a really nice leather. We’ll definitely be bringing them back here for more purchases when they’ve moved in.”

Tried to pop in straight from our train to buy something they had in stock however unfortunately their opening hours on Google weren't updated over the festive period so they closed at 5pm not 5.30pm and we just missed it”

Huge amount of bathrooms and wall boards on display... The showroom looks bright and fresh and the store is always clean, tidy and fully stocked.

Love the clearance section... Great way to stock up cheap.

“If you need a home stuff at reasonable prices then look no further. The staff are friendly and the selection is wide ranging. Parking is no problem and there is a lift to get upstairs. The cafe is well attended and the prices are very reasonable.”

“We ordered our DFS corner sofa from this store recently, after going in and looking at it a few times, in the end we decided to go for it. Excellent customer service throughout. We spoke to the store manager a few times who was extremely helpful and also spoke to sales gent called Farren, who was brilliant too. Farren went through everything step by step at time of purchase etc, very patient and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. Even made us both a lovely hot chocolate too.

We got our sofa delivered a few weeks later and delivery gents were brill too, installed everything and gave us a text and phone call with time slot for delivery. We love our new sofa. Thanks everyone at team dfs!”
