Today I had a semi-emergency with broken spring coils affecting the steering & suspension. I arrived at the garage first thing with no appointment, and the team were hugely accommodating. Even with a full schedule for the day, they assured me they would do all possible to identify the issues, and planned for work to be done as soon as possible.
