“Had my van into a mechanic (who shall remain nameless) with a few faults clutch/diesel leak. Suffice to say he made a complete a**e of it and it came back worse than it went in. AA Automotive professionally found and rectified the initial faults and the faults caused by the previous garage. Very thorough and professional outfit who do a proper job and sterling work for a reasonable price. Now drives superb and now my go to garage. Thankyou very much Andy, Mark and Ben for your sterling work.”

“website allowed me to book an appointment (in advance) for Good Friday. Nobody contacted me to advise the garage would be closed and to cancel or reschedule the appointment. Arrived at a closed garage, no answer via phone. Additionally, the website is still advertising and accepting bookings for all upcoming bank holidays. Poor customer service. I get people need time off and don't work bank holidays however this should be reflected on your website and booking hours. Failing this, customers should be contacted in advance.”

The service is always excellent and the guys who run the place treat you as customers and recognise that your car is an important part of your life and not just a piece of work in an appointment book. I recently had to get some re-work done and without an appointment and despite being fully booked, they found the time to look at the car, identify the problem, complete the work and took responsibility.
