Poor customer service, cancelled MOT booking without notice, despite having all my correct contact details, offered no apologies, solutions or alternative booking date. Couldn't fault it... my first service (only had my license just under a year now...) very friendly reception - easy service. Even washed my car!! ? cheers lads
