There was an assistant who was absolutely lovely - so much so I asked for her name to write this review! Anam Anwar, she was such a sweetheart and really pushed for me to make sure I had all I needed, I felt really looked after and valued as a customer! 10/10 attitude from her

Just had the worst customer service at Hampton Next. 3 different ladies in the ladies section, no greeting, smile or interaction other than the cost at the till, watched me wait a while before I said can you serve me please, light bulbs out in changing room so couldn’t see what I was buying, did point out to be answered... read full comment

This store or Next in general need to look at parcel collection process. Parcels in general need to be processed & checked in quicker. When you order through M&S you can collect by 10am next day, Next make you wait till way past 2pm. Also need to rotate clothes more in Mens the same stuff is in display for months at a time.
