The store ppl are no. Cooperative and rushing for closing.. especially the people working on 7/6/25 evening shifts they all chatting and don’t care about customer service.. as where my young boy asked for collection they just ignored.. too bad customer service at queens gate store..

Disappointed with the fitting room policy at the Peterborough store. Came in before closing on two Thursdays (7:30 PM and 7:00 PM) and was told the fitting rooms were already closed. Manager eventually opened one, but what's the point of extended hours if you can’t try anything on? Is this really store policy?

terrible I ordered size 44 shoes and when I went to pick them up and then came home I saw that they were size 43
