Marley from Dunelm was rude and inconsiderate. When asking about student discount he directed us to go to the back to the queue after queuing two times already he then refused to help us any further and directed his colleague to do so. Didn’t speak to us nicely either. Rude customer service and it needs to be addressed...

1 till on cash purchases understaffed I left the trolly and walked out worst dunelm I should assume the management are not intelligent at all

Visited store today and was particularly impressed by cleanliness of store and cafe. The staff we spoke to were friendly and approachable. An excellent experience, other companies please note.
