“I visited your store in Peterborough this morning (27/10/23) with the aim of purchasing a new double bed. I wanted the same type of bed that I had bought from you about 4 years ago, this time to replace an existing single bed.I was welcomed to the store by Mina to whom I explained my requirements. She showed me the type of bed I wanted and explained there were slight differences which didn't affect my choice. Mina showed me a variety of mattresses which I was able to lie on and I made my choice including the material.Throughout, Mina was very pleasant and helpful and dealt with the paperwork efficiently.I was pleased with the suggested delivery date and now look forward to receiving my new bed and to have the old bed taken away.”
