“I ordered some second hand desks and cupboards from LOF on their website to include for delivery.The offer went through the system smoothly and contact was made for the delivery with an AM slot. the night before the fitter narrowed that down to a one hour slot.Turned up bang on time and took the furniture to my office and built it in situ.The whole process has been effortless and everyone i have dealt with has been polite and very professional.I will certainly have no hesitation using them again or recommending them.All the very best Kurt”

“At first, I was quite skeptical in buying from Futon Sofa Beds Direct Ltd. Their website looks a bit outdated, they didn't have a lot of recent reviews and not all the reviews were great. However, they didn't fail to impress me. I phoned a couple of times to discuss a few questions I had and they picked up immediately answering my questions in-depth, of which other more popular places failed to do or took a long time. Initially I ordered fabric swatches, which came within a week. Then I ordered my futon sofa bed which came in 5 days as part of the express delivery and was free. I had no missing parts, although there were 4 screws that was too short to drill holes in the wood. This was minor, as they weren't the most essential screws to screw in and I found 4 longer ones in my toolbox which I used instead. The sofa bed is exactly what I imagined. I don't do many reviews, but I felt the need to do a review for Futon Sofa Beds Direct Ltd as some people may have the same initial skepticism as me, but honestly they were really good. Would buy from them again.”

I wanted the same type of bed that I had bought from you about 4 years ago, this time to replace an existing single bed.I was welcomed to the store by Mina to whom I explained my requirements. She showed me the type of bed I wanted and explained there were slight differences which didn't affect my choice. Mina showed me a variety of mattresses which I was able to lie on and I made my choice including the material.Throughout, Mina was very pleasant and helpful and dealt with the paperwork efficiently.I was pleased with the suggested delivery date and now look forward to receiving my new bed and to have the old bed taken away.”

“I’ve been using B &Q for years out of habit & recently changed to Wickes as prices were & are so much cheaper. Cost is not the only reason why I am & have returned multiple times in the last week. I had a major project of an outside gazebo to build & had superb service from knowledgeable staff & team members who advised & showed me to various areas of the store as I was new to the site. One even came & found me after an error I had not spotted on a receipt where they had over charged me. All was sorted quickly with the refund & an apology. This is how you handle customers. Other places do such a bad job at this simple but effective area of the job. Big shout out to Sally who was both friendly & professional, who advised me on the trade app, gave me direction in store & was happy, friendly & professional. Staff like Sally make all the difference!!!! Thank you”

“Click and collected an Xbox. Service very quick. Got home and it turned out the Xbox I bought was defective/faulty and would not turn on. Took it back, shown the receipt and even a video of it not working. They were happy to help and had a replacement straight away.”
