used to be great but their evri machine has been broken for 8 ???? weeks. ive been on holiday twice in that time. went in other day, took a photo to prove to a customer that I couldnt send the parcel, woman working there goes “ah yeah i still need to call them about that…” WHAT. PLEASE FIX IT PLEASE
