I was on a day trip to Cambridge and came across this lovely shop … fantastic helpful staff and a beautifl array of items .. bought a lovely pair of beaded circle earrings for a christmas party .. they look very expensive but the price was so reasonable ..

The refund policy is not explained in store if you bring an item back only credit voucher given even if faulty. Cambridge store not helpful at all when. returning faulty goods. Cannot send e mail to company to complain. But the “owner” answered the phone straight away when the assistant called while calling in a separate... read full comment
