James was amazing, he was so funny and sweet, he went through the process in detail so we understand it all. he also made my sister feel comfortable because she has a fear of needles. the whole procedure was very quick. overall everything was perfect, the piercing also looks amazing too.”

The staff were under immense pressure as the line was building by the minute, they coped with it extremely well under great pressure. I believe I was served by Ella, and she was friendly, polite, patient and very helpful. I was looking for personalised items and had no idea what to do. She literally guided me through the entire process without dropping her smile. I left happy and got what I needed thanks to her help. These are mostly young girls working here and dealt with the busy shop well and didn't let the pressure get to them. The only downside I would say is that these girls are likely paid nowhere near what they are worth.”
