They were amazing with keeping us safe, they called the police but the manager was really the most amazing woman ever. She went outside to stare them down and let us stay in the shop until my friends mum came. I can’t be more impressed with this shop x”

“Visiting this store is always a very pleasant shopping experience. It is nicely laid out, and the staff are always very helpful, particularly Julie who always makes an effort to smile when greeting customers. The shop floor and changing rooms are clean which is (unfortunately) quite novel as a lot of other clothes shops in Cambridge have dusty and dirty changing rooms. The staff are happy to help with finding items of clothing and to give second opinions. Always a joy to go in, even if only to browse the lovely clothes :)”

“Went in yesterday, 27th December, Great customer service as there was a smiley lady at the till that helped me out with a problem as another store had left a security tag on something I bought, hence setting off the alarm upon my entrance, was told it must've been my magnetic personality ? needless to say when I left the store I left with a smile.She managed to take it off as I had a receipt for it and they had the tool to do so, saving me the bother of going back to that other store.Bought a really nice jacket at a fair price. Some of their products have good materials (lambswool & cotton) as I dislike synthetics and are fairly priced for the materials used, however always check the labels as they also like to use nylon sometimes and polyester too (you'll notice that on their cheaper products)”

“For such a small store, there is a shockingly, large array of clothing, gifts, and more! I would highly recommend coming here if you need a last-minute gift from a great B Corp. certified company. If you order clothing online, you cannot return it to store for an exchange or official return. Instead of re-ordering online, I came by here to find pajamas in a better size, as I accidentally ordered too large online. It was very busy and a bit chaotic after Christmas, during the Boxing Day sales. There is definitely more variety online, but I was able to find The right size pajamas just in a different style.”

“Out of all the charity shops in Cambridge I would say this is the best for clothes. I walked in not expecting to find much but what I found was Hugo boss jackets for £40 and superdry coats, both of which looked like they'd never been worn. Great shop extremely cheap and clothes look almost new.”

“This place needs more staff. However the staff that were there were fantastic. You just have to wait for one of them to be free. We bought a bedroom suite and it was delivered in parts starting the next day. Yes I would go again!”

During the initial phone call to the store “Ollie” was incredibly helpful and when I visited the store later they day to return the top I I was served by a really lovely assistant. “Clean and clear store makes it very easy to browse and see everything. Zack helped us so much and is extremely knowledgeable on all products and seemed to understand just what we were looking for (even when we didn’t know ourselves). Product we wanted wasn’t in stock but this was no problem and Zack ordered it to our house from another store with free delivery. Great experience. Good job Zack !!”
