My mum was looking for blouses initially but the beautiful, unique handbag desings took her mind and she then ended up buying a handbag from RI. I must say their selection of handbags are very unique and affordable. Yes, I would like to recommend River Island. Thank you 👍”

I would like to see a better layout as finding what you want always seems to require a walk around the entire store unlike other clothing stores that arrange things with some kind of recognisable system. That said, they have plenty of choice and update their lines often enough that we usually find something nice.”

“I purchased an item via their app, within 3 minutes I received confirmation email and second email informing me that the item is ready for collection.Went to the branch to collect parcel. the staff were very quick locating the item,. I was out of the door in less that 5 minutes.Staff were welcoming,polite and professional and knew what they were meant to do.Branch was clean and tidy with hand sanitizer station .It's located on 1 floor and there is an elevator for disabled customer/customers.”
