This is the very first time I have felt that my eyes were more important than selling me designer glasses. And I am over 85. Indeed my prescription was given to me without asking and a digital copy sent to me by email. This explained all the test that were done and comments. I always complain about bad services - here is a good one.The reception area is so good, for a moment I thought I was private - no! Just NHS.”
