Tried to enquire about repeat prescription 5 times I phoned dispensary after 12 noon the last time for 8 minutes no reply then general enquiries 3 times last time 5 minutes no reply so my question is how do we communicate with surgery absolute disgrace !

I have been registered with Bottisham Medical Practice for over 36 years. It is unbelievable how badly it now operates now. The appointment "system" is ridiculous. You cannot make an appointment in advance, you have to telephone in the morning to try and see a doctor that day only. If there are no available appointments... read full comment
