I received a disappointing LASIK surgery at Optical Express Cambridge in August, 2023. Excellent service. Optician explanined everything very well. It's a shame I could not remember his name. He explained every detail without any rush and politely. Cost also very reasonable.

Optician was lovely - really thorough eye test and a great service. But go elsewhere if you’re looking for new glasses; there was only one board of available frames, and staff said that they are focusing on eye surgery.
