“Good and traditional Place, lovely building, the food is delicious, but the only bad thing, always, is part of a Brunch Company, in this case Fullers, all menus the same in all pubs, really small adaptation for the community, take out the personality of the pub and workers, when the CEO never touch and work in a Pub create a roles and menus like a Fast Food restaurants and when are you find a traditional british Pub, i not find a London Restaurant managing with a Office Bussines people.
Guys is not a complaint, the staff is very Kind and the food is delicious, but need to descentralitzating the managing for more freedom and adaptation.
