“Don't ever think I'll come back to your awful hotel, I came for one night as I was feeling to unwell to drive home. Clearly states on your site early check in available 10 per hour. So we drive to your hotel to get told early check in doesn't exist and we had to sleep in car park for 3.5 hours. When we finally got our room TV didnt work and neither did the phone for room service. Feeling unwell we didn't wana leave the hotel room. We tried call reception off our mobiles and they didn't answer once over the space of a 4 hour period. I went to reception explained the situation said I should get a full refund to go else where they refused to do so as its not part of their policy. Absolutely useless staff with no resolution to my problem. I had to suggest solutions as they didn't have the knowledge to think of one. I asked for maybe half the price of hotel room behind bar for food and drink no that's ridiculous apparently. Then I asked for a new room with stuff that works. That was silly to ask so. We settled with 2 free drinks as I couldn't be bothered to argue and just wanted to stay away from everyone. Don't ever suggest I stay here again. I wouldn't wish it on my worse enemy. I literally told them prison would be better you get a working TV working phone and access to food and drink. I couldn't even get a water for the first 4.5 hours of being in there. That doesn't include the 3.5 hours we waited in car park.”

“Our family group had pre booked a few rooms and conveyed how many we were and that we had kids with us also, but on the day, we were told that they can't put 3 people in a double room as we had 2 adults and 1 child, we were told it was due to safety and fire evacuation in case of emergency and they were very busy and could accommodate us. In the end, we were given a room with an extra bed in, therefore we couldn't believe how we were treated. The guy at reception said that he would do it this time, but in the future, we should bear this in mind! I wasn't happy about that.”
