“Slightly aged but still very nice hotel. Service is top notch and the staff were lovely. Breakfast got slightly cold but I think this was just the ambient temperature of the hot plate and plate warmer but this was only a small complaint. Room was clean and in good condition.”

“I was a bit worried about this hotel when Id read the reviews but my advice is, dont always listen to reviews!
When we arrived it was just after 8pm and the reception was closed but there was a number you could call. The receptionist came straight away and I think his name was Arif, he was very friendly and welcoming.
On entering the room, it was a decent size for a family. It was clean, it had coffee and tea making facilities, a TV, a fan and towels waiting on the beds. The bath room was a good size, it had a bath/shower and vanity area. Shaving points, bath and shower gel dispensers and it was also clean. There was a few dirty patches but nothing to lose stars over.
I paid extra to pick a room and chose one that overlooked the Buckingham gardens car park, so were able to keep an eye on the car.
I paid for the unlimited breakfasts on both days I was there and I can't complain. There was plenty of cereals, your main cooked breakfast items, bacon, sausages, scrambled egg, mushrooms, tomatoes and beans. There were pastries, fruit and toast making facilities. They had juice dispensers and a coffee machine which could make lattes etc.
The staff were prompt at removing empty plates, bowls and cups and were constantly busy.
Checking out we met Supriya and she was lovely. She was friendly and sent us on our way with such a sweet goodbye.”

“Copthorne Hotel is truly a gem. The breakfast is top-notch, with a variety of delicious options like burgers, pizza, tikka wraps, and more. The Indian restaurant on site is a must-try, with fantastic dishes that never disappoint. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, although there can sometimes be issues with the TV signal on certain channels.I have been a frequent guest at this hotel for the past year, staying at least three nights per month, and I am always impressed with the excellent gym and facilities available. While I initially would have rated this hotel a 4/5, it has earned a solid 5/5 in my book thanks to the exceptional staff. Every member of the team is incredibly hard-working, friendly, kind, and always goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. Well done Copthorne Hotel, keep up the great work!”

“Room was nicely decorated and clean, the carpets where in fair condtion which was nice when having a crawling baby.
Only downside tv aeriel wires where all loose on the skirting the front cover for keeping them boxed in was missing which isnt great with little ones. Would also be nice to have a lock on bathroom door or the door handle adjusted so it stopped shut instead of been eaily pushed open. Also greenery at back needs attention our room did have weeds growing through the window.
Great basic base for heathrow or legoland and suprisingly not as a noisy as imagined due to closeness and also toby cavery next day making it convienent for breakfast”

“A pleasant stay. Room was a little small though but everything was clean and tidy. We were asked for photo id on arrival which was a bit unusual but overall good value for money and no problems.”
