Absolutely outstanding customer service!! My 2 young children were greeted on arrival with a gift bag containing colouring, sweets and chocolates which was amazing! Handy hotel for Legoland. Rooms were lovely and clean. Fantastic idea to leave blank mothers day cards in the rooms and saved my partner as he forgot to bring mine from our daughter. She loved the balloon ?. Breakfast was great, freshly cooked vegan sausages and bacon. Staff were all

not the best premier inn i have stayed in . asked for twin room and got a double bed with a chaise longe ,on a plus though food was reasonably priced .and edible .
