Absolutely outstanding customer service!! My 2 young children were greeted on arrival with a gift bag containing colouring, sweets and chocolates which was amazing! The staff were really lovely and go out of their way to make you feel welcome! Staying here as we are having our weekend in London and we would definitely book this hotel again!Rooms: Room are spotless and really spacious!Walkability: Supermarket behind the premier inn.

Handy hotel for Legoland. Rooms were lovely and clean. Fantastic idea to leave blank mothers day cards in the rooms and saved my partner as he forgot to bring mine from our daughter. She loved the balloon ?. Breakfast was great, freshly cooked vegan sausages and bacon. Staff were all

We stayed at this Premier Inn for 3 nights B & B. I can't fault anything. The staff are all brilliant, professional but friendly, too. Reception staff, dining room staff, room maids, all were fantastic. Food was very good, too. You should all be proud of yourselves. We'll definitely be returning. Many thanks

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights with my family. Rooms nice and clean. Super comfy beds. Lovely restaurant and nice food. Staff amazing. Cristian (duty manager)is very helpful, welcoming, very kind gentleman, always ready to help. He made our stay even better. Lots of car park spaces. Close to Sainsbury, lots of restaurants near by. We will definitely visit again!!! Thanks Cristian for all your help during our stay.

I stayed here on the 28th and 29th of December 2023. I was here for work purposes.Night 1?After a long day, I arrived at the hotel ready to unwind relax and have some food.So I asked if there was any space in the restaurant at around 20:15 I was told it was fully booked. I looked into the restaurant a little confused as it looked closed.Anyway I asked if I could order it to my room, this was fine.When my food was ready I had to walk the length of the hotel as I was in room 2. I then found the restaurant still empty.So not only was I lied to by I believe (Caroline) she then informed me in a bit of a heated discussion that my food was ready ten minutes prior to me being informed. By the time I got back it was cold.Night 2?Me and my colleague arrived in the hotel a lot earlier (18:30) in hopes we would be able to get in the restaurant.Once we arrived we asked for a table and was told the next available table was at 20:00 again I looked a little confused due go the restaurant only occupying one table.We then waited until our table was ready. We sat in the bar area had a few drink and the restaurant in the time we waited had space the whole time.Even the bar staff informed us he was just doing as he was told. (Very nice bloke with great service and attitude)At this point I got the impression that because of our altercation the night before she wanted to show her ?power? as a hotel Receptionist/Manager.After a long conversation with the barman explaining the night before to him he seated us at around 19:50.The food come out spectacular and we didn?t make it easy for the chef due to Caroline. We ordered pretty much the whole menu.It shows that the hotel is great. Just one bad egg in the bunch made my business experience over Christmas, away from my family a lot harder than necessary.If this women keeps her job she will surely cost you customers and profit in the restaurant area due to laziness and bad attitude.

This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel now but this time the receptionist wasn?t very welcoming. Tried to pay cash for our stay but the receptionist had an attitude as she said card was preferred. Her attitude wasn?t very professional and she was very short with everyone she spoke too!! Thyme Restaurant was amazing and prices for food and drink were very reasonable. Rooms were clean however some of the furniture could do with replacing. An excellent base for going to legoland.
