Recently visited. On top floor such rude leady there. I pick one T-shirt. She grabs back with rude behaviour. Never suggest to visit or buy. I am sure if is it free sale I am not buy anything. Zero service

Poor stock control just like every other Next store.
Changing rooms were falling apart, lights blown, hooks broken, no seats. Obviously don't care enough to spend a little time to fix.
No air conditioning in the changing room, everyone was trying on the same sweaty shirts. Gross!

Shout out to Fatima! She was quick and precise with processing the items. Felt cared for as a customer as she took time to serve.
