Staff need to be more positive instead of not dealing with bank related matters to the customers satisfaction. If the air conditioning in the office isn't working, then switch it off, and use a fan instead of moaning in front of the customers.

Rudest staff ever. Came here the other day 1 hour before closing time and I wasn't let in? I asked them why and they just ignored me. I told them if they didnt tell me why I would call nationwide themselves but then they let me in also the card machines didnt work avoid coming here❗️❗️
