“Sue was covering in the MK branch when i saw her at the beginning of September. She was very friendly, welcoming and quickly realised that the Letchworth branch hadn't dealt with my request properly for over 2 months and couldn't apologise enough on their behalf. She explained that she was only covering in MK but would personally take my case back to her own branch in Stony Stratford to make sure that it would complete this time. She then followed up with her promise of giving me a call with an update and fully resolved my issue in less than a week it's such a relief to have found someone who follows through with their word. If only Sue had been in the Letchworth branch in June. She clearly goes above and beyond her job role and is passionate and caring about giving exceptional customer service. I cannot thank her enough and hope she gets the recognition that she deserves as she is a great asset to Nationwide.”
“Came in earlier this week to sort out my accounts. The person at the task was very friendly and made sure I understood everything. Very nice place to go to. I recommend it compared to local branches like Bletchley since it's bigger therefore being more spacious”

“Was here thursday evening between around 5pm and 6pm as my partner stuck a £5 worth of diesel in his sisters car accidentally ? all i can say is how the male staff member went out of his way to make sure we were ok gave us a number for the problem to be sorted let us keep car where it was situated, let us have a coffee each to keep warm and let us charge our phones. What great customer service and a genuinely nice guy! Thank you ?”

Recently we had issues with one of our other banks and were very disappointed with the way they were making us go from pillar to post just to open an ISA account. We went to OUR Bank (Natwest) and Scholarstic Masuko sorted us out in 15 minutes - Thanks Masuko you were great !!”

“The staff here are great, I always find them polite and helpful if you have a query. The let down is the condition of the shop. I popped down to buy a yoghurt and when I'd got home, I found the yoghurt was open in the corner and there was dried yoghurt on the outside. I brought It back to find they were all like this, so the crate must have been dropped at some point. I often find products are left to get out of date, particularly the crisps. They're helpful when you bring the items back, though It would be nice for it not to happen initially. Overall, it is a convenient shop, and the staff are pleasant. Just check the dates of what you're buying.”
