“Sue was covering in the MK branch when i saw her at the beginning of September. She was very friendly, welcoming and quickly realised that the Letchworth branch hadn't dealt with my request properly for over 2 months and couldn't apologise enough on their behalf. She explained that she was only covering in MK but would personally take my case back to her own branch in Stony Stratford to make sure that it would complete this time. She then followed up with her promise of giving me a call with an update and fully resolved my issue in less than a week it's such a relief to have found someone who follows through with their word. If only Sue had been in the Letchworth branch in June. She clearly goes above and beyond her job role and is passionate and caring about giving exceptional customer service. I cannot thank her enough and hope she gets the recognition that she deserves as she is a great asset to Nationwide.”
