Customer service dreadful. After asking for advice on a savings account was sent to sit in a chair and then ignored for 20 minutes - and then I left.

Awful customer service. The two cashiers were more concerned with discussing and responding to internal emails/messages than serving the customer standing in front of them. Certainly didn't seem to be of an urgent nature and waited far too long in line with others, also in disbelief.

I mean high street banking is basically gone these dinosaurs basically saying our banking license doesn't include just helping resolve a quick question or asking the right ones. Take obnoxious look off your face before you get replaced with agi clown
