Lloyds, don't bother making an online service if it sucks. Your passport scanner in the banking app was so abysmal I had to play myself calming music in the background while I tried and failed. What a joke

Worst branch ever!
Got a manger called Faye trying to called you a liar over the phone…..but some of staff that is their is so lovely but some of them is so grumpy!
